Susan Angoy created Sweet & Wicked Cupcakes last year, having spent many years working in the areas of urban regeneration and international development for UN agencies. She is currently still a non-executive director on the Board of the Mayor of London’s London Development Agency. Not a typical baker’s background!
Sweet & Wicked is a small artisan home business, dedicated to producing exquisite hand made luxury cakes, from the finest natural ingredients – wherever possible Fairtrade and organic. Their speciality – and USP – is making filled dessert and cocktail cupcakes, using the authentic spirits and liqueurs – combining exotic flavours and textures.
Sweet & Wicked's new Mojito Signature Cocktail Cupcake was one of the 7 winners in the 2010 National Cupcake Competition, organised by the British Baker Journal and judged by top patissiers.
